The investment, led by new ownerDamien Gaffney, follows a challenging period of financial strain for HALT and sister company Pure Fitout, caused by significant unpaid invoices from key clients.
These pressures led to the decision to enter administration as a protective measure to stabilise operations and enable investment negotiations.
With the deal now finalised, HALT is set to build on its market-leading expertise with ambitious plans for future growth.
The company will strengthen its capabilities, capitalise on a robust pipeline of opportunities, and expand its sustainable fire retardant solutions to new markets.
New HALT owner Damien Gaffney commented:
