THE PROJECT

The much loved Foxhunter pub in Lucan re-opened in June 2022 for the first time in a decade!

Originally opened in the early 1900’s, the venue - situated just 15km from Dublin City Centre - is now operated by Press Up Group and has underwent an impressive refurbishment.

It has been thoughtfully restored to its former glory as a cosy, traditional pub with wonderful timber features including wall and ceiling panelling, flooring and wooden bar areas.

The project consisted of pitch pine, reclaimed pine and softwood and which was all treated by HALT Natural Fire Retardant Treatment at our Belfast facility before installation.
